Holistic wellness encompasses our whole selves — mind, body, spirit. If we are “off” in one of those categories, it directly impacts the totality of our wellbeing.

If our minds are always going-going-going, we can subsequently feel stressed, which can manifest itself as disease in the body. Mindfulness and Vipassana meditation are some of my daily foundational wellness practices.
